Role of Dealers Agents:-
         
  • Dealers/Agent should explain the concept of ReshimBandh's site and it's working to the prospective member.
  • Dealer/Agent should complete registration of member by filling registration form and feeding the form on the website.
  • While feeding form care should be taken to upload photo and enter complete information of the candidate.
  • Dealer/Agent should feed form only after taking registration fee from the member. The registration fee is non refundable once form is entered in the website.
  • Dealer/Agent should provide usernumber/password to member.
  • Dealer/Agent should provide required services such as printed matchlist, address list to members of ReshimBandh with minimal charges.



    • Profit and Benefits of Dealers and Agents:- :-
              The Dealer/Agent has to charge Rs. 2100/- for membership registration. For each registration the share of Dealer/Agent is Rs.700/- and the share of the company is Rs 1400/- .


    Requirement of Dealership/Agentship:-
             
  • The office of Dealer/Agent should have computer with internet facility, Printer and Scanner.
  • The office of Dealer/Agent should have staff having necessary technical skills to operate website and communication skills to deal with members.
  • The Dealer/Agent should have good public contacts in society to ensure sufficient registrations.



    • Terms And Conditions:-
    1. Dealer/Agent should work as per terms and conditions laid by ReshimBandh from time to time.
    2. Dealer/Agent should use ReshimBandh's name for advertising his/her center.
    3. Dealer/Agent can do advertisements through various advertisements mode such as Newspapers, Radio
        Channels,Cable or Listing in magazines after intimation to Reshimbandh about matter and format.
    4. All technical issues will be handled by ReshimBandh.
    5. Availability of website depends on various factors and external agencies which are beyond control
        of ReshimBandh and ReshimBandh does not give guarantee of 24X7 availability.
    6.ReshimBandh can terminate Dealership/Agentship by giving seven days prior notice to the Dealer/Agent and
        ReshimBandh keeps full rights to increase or decrease rates for the services provided.
    7. While registering Members under Agent/Dealer, Members should know that their profiles will be listed
        on ReshimBandh's Site.
    8. Dealer/Agent should give proper service to their Members. They should demonstrate the working
        of ReshimBandh's Site to their Members at least once in proper way.
    9. Dealer can appoint/terminate agents under them with consent of ReshimBandh.
    10.Dealer/Agent should not pass on any information to other agencies which are detrimental to business
        of ReshimBandh.
    11.Dealer/Agent can terminate his/her Dealership/Agentship, if he/she doesn't want to continue his/her
        activity concerning ReshimBandh, by giving one month intimation to that effect.
    12.In case of any Dispute between Dealer/Agent and ReshimBandh regarding any activity or financial transaction,
        it can be settled through appointment of arbitrator at Nagpur. The decision of the arbitrator shall be binding
        by respective parties.
